By creating an account or using the Leveluphired platform ("Service"), you confirm that you are: (a) at least 18 years old; or (b) at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) and using the Service with verified parental or guardian consent; and (c) legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you are under 13 years old, you may not use the Service under any circumstances (COPPA compliance, US). If you are 13 to 15 and based in the EU/EEA, a parent or guardian must provide verifiable consent before you may create an account.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Leveluphired provides an AI-powered campus placement preparation platform including: a verified interview question bank organised by company and round, AI mock interview sessions, ATS resume analysis, readiness scoring, and related educational content. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to change.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@leveluphired.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits.
You agree not to:
Credits are the in-platform currency used to access AI-powered features (mock interviews, ATS scans, resume rewrites). Free credits are granted on account creation and through verified Question Bank contributions. Paid credits are granted through the Core and Pro monthly subscription plans.
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Purchased credits are consumed on use. Our Refund Policy governs your refund rights, including EU consumer withdrawal rights.
The Leveluphired platform uses AI to generate interview scores, resume feedback, and preparation guidance. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. The Job-Readiness Score, ATS score, and interview feedback are predictive tools designed to help you identify gaps. They do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview performance with any specific employer, or accuracy with respect to any company's actual hiring process. Leveluphired is not liable for any employment decision made by you or any employer on the basis of platform outputs.
Leveluphired is strictly a preparation platform. We do not provide placement services, job referrals, or recruitment brokering of any kind, and we do not guarantee selection outcomes in any company's hiring process. No feature or score on this platform constitutes a guarantee or prediction of employment. Any company names used on this platform are for preparation context only. Leveluphired is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any company listed.
All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary content (including company-specific question curation and AI scoring rubrics) are owned by Leveluphired Technologies, an initiative of Libraryminds Technologies, and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Questions submitted to the Question Bank are contributed under a community licence: you retain attribution credit for your submission but grant Leveluphired a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, distribute, and build upon your submission for platform and educational purposes. You represent that your submission does not violate any confidentiality agreement or third-party rights.
EU/EEA consumers retain all mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, including the right of withdrawal described in the Refund Policy. Clauses 4, 5, and 6 above do not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
Pursuant to EU ODR Regulation (524/2013), EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@leveluphired.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leveluphired's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, including EU law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Information Technology Act 2000, as amended). For users based in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you reside.
Disputes will first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes (except those involving EU consumers who may use local courts or ODR) will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
