Leveluphired Technologies, an initiative of Libraryminds Technologies, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and those using assistive technologies. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
This statement applies to the Leveluphired web platform at leveluphired.com and its subdomains.
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). "Conformance" means that all WCAG 2.1 Level AA Success Criteria are satisfied.
The platform is partially conformant. Some parts of the content do not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (see Known Limitations below). We are actively working to address these gaps.
The Leveluphired platform relies on the following technologies for accessibility:
We are aware of the following accessibility gaps and are working to resolve them:
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Leveluphired platform. If you encounter a barrier, find content inaccessible, or have a suggestion for improvement:
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant enforcement body in your jurisdiction. EU residents may contact their national body responsible for enforcing the European Accessibility Act.
If you are based in the EU and are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant national enforcement body in your country. The European Commission maintains a directory of national accessibility enforcement bodies at digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu.
Leveluphired has an internal complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may escalate in writing to legal@leveluphired.com, marked "Formal Accessibility Complaint". We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
We evaluate accessibility on an ongoing basis using a combination of methods: automated checks integrated into our development process, manual keyboard-only navigation passes over new features, screen reader spot checks on the core student journeys (signing up, browsing the question bank, starting a mock interview, and reading a results report), and review of colour contrast in our design system tokens before new components ship. Accessibility issues found in these reviews are tracked and prioritised alongside functional bugs rather than in a separate backlog, so they are fixed as part of normal development work.
This accessibility statement was prepared on 15 July 2026. It was last reviewed on 15 July 2026. It will be reviewed at least annually and updated following significant platform changes.
